Primary behind-the-camera / POV camera operator when needed. Matt is quick-witted, sarcastic, and overly verbal under pressure, using humor as a defense mechanism when things get tense. He is not a polished news personality. He feels more like the guy behind the camera who keeps talking because silence makes the situation worse. Must be believable operating camera equipment naturally, moving with a camera, reacting in real time, and staying present in a found-footage environment. Strong improv instincts, nervous comedic timing, and the ability to shift from sarcasm into genuine fear are important. May involve night shoots, handheld camera interaction, running/crawling, dirt/grime/blood FX. Appearance: Long blond hair, a full beard, and a lean build, with a naturally casual, slightly scruffy appearance.
